Q: How Do I Exchange My Product?

Please get in touch with the original point of purchase to exchange your Vine Vera products. For exchanging products purchased in our stores, please go to the store with the product along with its original packaging and original purchase receipt. For exchanging products that were purchased via the Vine Vera website, please get in touch with our customer care personnel at 1-877-290-7226, Mon – Thurs 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM and Fri 8:30 AM – 4 PM. (PST). Please note that we are only able to offer exchanges at the original point of purchase at this time.

Q: Things I Should Know Before Sending Products for Exchange

All products must be returned along with any accessories, manuals, original packaging and all relevant paperwork
Defaced or damaged products are not eligible for replacements
Please use trackable modes of shipment while returning products for exchange
