The Resveratrol Cabernet High Potency Powder was unveiled at Wine & VineTo celebrate Wine Week at Vine Vera we encourage you to create your own pairing party inspired by one of our exciting events called, “Wine & Vine.” On March 27 an event was held to celebrate the wine inspired collections Vine Vera is famous for and to unveil products like the exciting new Resveratrol High Potency Powder. The event was held in the courtyard of Sadie’s Kitchen Lounge in Hollywood. The dinner was studded with the stars of the culinary and fashion worlds and filled with gourmet foods and wines.

You may not have been there, but there are plenty of ways you can recreate this experience at home with your very own wine and food pairings, all inspired by the foods served at this exciting event. Let Chef Jonathan Moulton’s dishes inspire you to bring out your best delectable delights:

Gourmet food and wine pairings were the highlight at the Wine & Vine eventThe first dish at Wine and Vine was a white gazpacho, or cold soup, topped with toasted almonds. The almonds were a complement to the almond oil found in the Resveratrol Chianti Thermic Mask. This was paired with a glass of Chateau Tertre de Launay Vin de Bordeaux,

Get Your Own: Cold soups are a great way to chill out in summer entertaining. Traditional gazpachos, usually with a tomato base, are popular in many Latin American cuisines. Take heed, though: Many of these soups need to be cooked first and then chilled overnight, so make sure you plan ahead.

The next dish was a young lettuce salad that included edible flowers. The flowers were to signify the flower extracts found in the Resveratrol Malbec DNA Biology Emulsion and served alongside Famille Perrin Reserve Rose.

Get Your Own: Edible flowers add color and a unique perspective to any meal. As summer is approaching, one way to incorporate edible flowers is through zucchini blossoms, which are traditional to Italian cooking. They can be stuffed and fried, but for a healthier option use them chopped in a salad or even in omelets.

Heart-healthy mole-rubbed Scottish salmon was served alongside crispy shallots and avocado, along with a glass of Vina Herminia Tempranillo. The avocado was indicative of moisturizing avocado oil, also found in Resveratrol Shirax Instentic Non-Surgical Syringe.

Get Your Own: The pairing of salmon and avocado is a cross-cultural food tradition, whether it’s a spicy salmon with guacamole or going raw and rolling your own salmon and avocado sushi rolls. Let your imagination run wild, make sure that you have the freshest ingredients possible.

Braised beef short rib was featured as the main dinner course, served alongside Brussels sprouts, celery root puree and red wine demiglace. Paired with rapiche Malbec, this deeply-flavored dish was made to signify the immediate effect of Resveratrol Eye Collection Dark Circle Eye Cream.

Get Your Own: Braised beef is a great option for those who don’t have a lot of time, as it cooks low and slow for several hours until it falls off the bone. Simply sear the meat in a dutch oven before cooking in the oven or in a frying pan and place in a slow cooker. For a braised beef short rib, click here.

There were two choices for the dessert course: A crunchy Tres Leches Cake served alongside Cambria Estate Katherine’s Vineyard Chardonnay and a Green Tea Panna Cotta served with Dr. Loosen Blue Slate Reisling Kabinett. The Tres Leches Cake was meant to signify the chamomile flower in Resveratrol Pinot Noir Phyto-Silk Mask, while the Green Tea Panna Cotta represents the green tea in many Vine Vera Products.

Get Your Own: Unconventional ingredients in desserts have become de rigeur in many culinary circles, so feel free to experiment with your own. Add a pinch of chili to your chocolate, a touch of lavender to vanilla or even a little bit of sea salt to your chocolate chip cookies. You’d be surprised what flavors you can find.
